Our Akron FFA chapter had their end of year awards last night. There were many things to be proud of and many awards handed out. Proud of our Akron FFA chapter, Mrs.Dreitz, our parents, and most of all our members. Congratulations FFA members on a great year! We are finishing up the school year strong as we have our Baseball team and Track team headed to State! We will have a combine Pep Rally on Wednesday May 15th at 12:00 PM in the fieldhouse to celebrate both teams. The Baseball sendoff will immediately follow the Pep Rally, approximately 12:20pm. The Track sendoff will be Thursday May 16th at 10:00 AM. Please come out to help us celebrate our RAMS! GO BLUE!
Akron Rams Students, Parents, and Families,
We wish to congratulate our baseball and track athletes on their successful seasons. The baseball team has advanced to the semifinals of the state 1A tournament and will play at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 16th, at All-Star Park in Lakewood. Our track athletes will also be competing just down the road at Jeffco Stadium in Lakewood on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Many of our staff, students, and parents are planning to go and support the teams this Thursday. The number of staff and students who would like to support our team necessitates canceling classes this Thursday, May 16th. We encourage everyone to make the trip to Denver and help cheer our baseball team on to victory and our track athletes on as they compete on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Our school's success, both in the classroom and on the athletic field, is a testament to the wonderful teachers, families, and community of Akron. These events provide us with a unique opportunity to unite, support, and celebrate our students and community.

Mrs Weers and our CTE teachers did a great job informing our 2024-25 freshmen and sophomores and their parents about the opportunities they have available next year. Thanks to our staff and Ram students and parents for attending our orientation. Rams are always looking forward!

Our current 10th and 11th grade Rams and parents attended their 2024-25 school year orientation. A big thank you to Mrs. Weers and Mrs. Houston for their presentation and opportunities they are providing our kids. It is a very exciting time to be an Akron Ram!

The Akron Booster Club is excited to celebrate our Akron Baseball Players and their Parents. Senior and Parent Recognition Night will be on Thursday, March 28th between the varsity and junior varsity game. The varsity game starts at 3 PM so please make sure you are there between games to help our players and parents celebrate. More information is in the attached image. GO BLUE
