Jennifer Couchis from Otis, Colorado. She attended Northeastern Junior College, and Mexican food is her absolute favorite especially fajitas and guacamole. Mrs. Couch enjoys reading inspirational quotes, scripture, and books. Her favorite quote is “Be grateful for every second of every day that you get to spend with the people you love. Life is precious.” ~ Mandy Hale. Mrs. Couch decided to go into education shortly after she was married, so she could be off in the summer with her kids and raise her family. She has taught for two years as an Infant Supervisor, six years as a preschool teacher, and two years as a BOCES para. She is a firm believer in children learning through play. When asked what she is looking forward to this school year, she said, “ I am looking forward to co-teaching with Annette and growing as an educator.”
